Having grown up in a society where masculine values are the most admired and women have to endure domestic violence, sexual abuse, gender binary, a strong awareness of inequality and discrimination was established at an early age. "An Elegant Rose Of My Thoughts" / "Fikrimin Ince Gülü" is a name of Classical Turkish love song written by composer Sir Ismail Hakki to his lover in 1865.

Performance and Video Installation
"The Interpretation Of American Dream" is a performance and video installation, influenced by a dream-nightmare that I had few years ago. President of America was in my back yard measuring my garden to parcelling to sell my home.
I named it after reading "Interpretation of Dreams" by Sigmund Freud. In the book S. Freud suggests that dreams are the direct result of repressed emotions and they might represent unconscious thoughts, events and occurrences we've experienced in our waking life. The mind conveys all the random information, emotions and sensations into a visual language.
